Quality policy

ChromEssence is a company created in December 2019, derived from the activity of its Managing Director, Mr. Alex Ruiz, as a freelance professional.

Its main activity is the analysis of essential oils, fragrances and aromatic products both nationally and internationally.

ChromEssence is located in C/Pompeu Fabra 25, in Can Illa industrial estate (La Garriga). This allows us a great logistic disposition for our Clients and suppliers.

ChromEssence takes special care of the quality of the services it develops and commercializes. The sensitivity to the market needs forces us to keep our own production technology constantly updated, as well as the professional training of our staff.

The objective of our company’s Quality Policy is to consolidate this reality, constantly improving the quality of the work and the attention to the requirements of the interested parties, according to the requirements of the UNE-EN-ISO 9001: 2015.

The Quality Management System described in the various processes has been developed under my supervision and has my full support, in order to work with continuous improvement and associated objectives.

The organization with the supervision of the Manager will evaluate the risks and opportunities, creating a robust company with an attitude based on continuous improvement, based on processes.

As Managing Director I control and confirm all this documentation and notify all staff of the obligation to follow any instructions deriving from this process in order to achieve the highest quality assurance we can offer.

The Management of ChromEssence, provides the human, technical and economic means, necessary to meet the requirements of our stakeholders.

Any discrepancy or change in the Quality Management System, will be agreed with the process managers and the final decision of the Manager.
