CHROMESSENCE, S.L. is an organization with extensive professional experience in the sector of analysis, research, and quality control of essential oils, fragrances, and aromatic products. From our facilities in La Garriga, Barcelona, we provide advanced analytical solutions for the design, authentication, and chemo typing of natural products and perfumery compositions on an international level, offering as our primary argument scientific rigor, rapid project execution, and continuous improvement in laboratory processes.

Our Management System, based on UNE-EN ISO 9001:2015, is focused on the constant improvement of the quality of our analytical services, including a commitment to the prevention of injury and ill health of our team, as well as the continuous improvement of Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S). Furthermore, we respect environmental protection, including the prevention of pollution, responsible management of chemical waste, and the protection of biodiversity and ecosystems.
The organization, under the supervision of the Management, evaluates risks and opportunities to create a robust company with an attitude based on continuous process improvement. To this end, we integrate cutting-edge technological tools (such as our AI developments: Chromaut) and the Management provides the necessary human, technical, and economic resources to meet the requirements of all interested parties.
I, Alex Ruiz, as general manager, declare that the Quality Management System described in the various processes has been developed under my supervision and has my full support. Likewise, the contribution of our staff is key to our goal; therefore, I encourage participation that allows for the expression of new ideas, stimulating values related to scientific innovation and creative development to ensure the highest guarantee of quality.
To this end, all personnel must follow the implemented processes, and any discrepancy or change in the Quality Management System shall be reached by consensus with those responsible for each process.
